We would prefer the option of not having an escrow account since the VA don't require it and often the estimated property taxes are too high . We would prefer to keep the money ourselves and get 4.5% int on it until needed however , We realize your concern about people being responsible and paying them. People with a great credit record usually pay their bills and on time .
These folks really killed it out there for me and my family and did everything in there power to get us in the house we wanted and couldn’t be happier with the end results, thanks veterans united and my team for the tremendous work and effort put into this
