Working with Kyle has been phenomenal! He was able to thoroughly explain every category and provide sufficient information. Every question we had, was answered immediately. Even when he was not available, the VU team was able to assist us. Closing day was perfect, being able to laugh and joke around with Kyle made the entirety of closing on our first home seamless. I have attempted to work with Veterans United before and I have to say this experience was vastly different. Ryan and his team made this experience a breeze. They were knowledgeable, answered my questions in a timely fashion and were very competent on the process.
It was the worst experience I have been through in my adult life. After submitting a requested document, a couple of days would go by and they would ask for a different document. Closing date didn't matter to VU, absolutely awful. And they just said it is normal (and it it probably is to them because they are so bad).
Working with Zack and his team was a blessing. This whole process was as smooth as could be. We couldn't be more pleased.
The entire Loan Team were just fantastic. Horace, Adam, Alex, Missy and the entire team were always up and beyond their call. When things got tough they made sure to put the right people in place to help with any problems that might pop up. Thanks Team for a job well done.

Honestly I would recommend VU to anyone. My only point of feedback is that I never received a call from my loan officer Mike. I guess that’s fine and dandy but I like to know the people working with me. The only person who fed me my info along the way was Nico. Nico was absolutely amazing and honestly hands down the best VU has to offer. Nico hands down helped me close this deal.
