Very legit process with Veterans United....
2nd time working with phil, fast and smooth process.One thing I would recommend is (not on phil, more on overal checklist for the loan process) there being a lock in your rate step. I forgot to do it and honestly don’t know how to do it and my rate went up 4 points 2 days before closing. Not very cash money but I should have caught it and asked about it earlier.
The guys explained everything to me throughly and in a way that was easily understood. Thanks!
