Did not have any issues working with Veterans United, it was very nice having a local office available for face to face conversation.
Jake was professional and I was comfortable with him. He made the process understandable with timely facts and information. He provide statements with complicated information which was explained clearly. I was informed at every stage of the loan process. The loan went smoothly. I gave a 10 which I hardly ever do because I always find fault. NO fault.
The team I worked with communicated very effectively and efficiently, they explained every option available to me. As a first time home buyer I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
