The loan officer, Cory Peebles, did an outstanding job. He had all the answers, knew what was needed, knew everything was good from the start, and he drove the process right to the finish line with ease. I really appreciated his outstanding competence. I have dealt with others at Veterans United in the past, and Cory was by far the most competent I have dealt with.
As a first time homebuyer in this manner, I had many questions that Zach eagerly and thoroughly answered in a very timely manner. He guided us through the seemless process from start to finish with just the right amount of communication. I'd definetly use him again!

The team that worked with me at Veterans United were phenomenal. This was my second home, utilizing Veterans United and one of the biggest things that I liked about them is that they are always looking out and checking the market to get you a lower interest rate to possibly get your loan refinanced throughout the years to lower your mortgage payment.
Justin goes above and beyond to help veterans. I would highly recommend him to other veterans.

I had a great experience. I wanted a more face to face experience for my 1st time purchasing a home. I can speak for Michelle’s team and would highly recommend. You’re not only aging a home but a teacher, a counselor, and a welcome that makes you feel as if you knew not only Mrs Westbrook, but her whole team as a whole. The process was more ups than downs for me and at a time an emotional experience. I thank Veterans United and the Killeen office for this lovely experience. As stated above I would highly recommend.
Overall it went really well. The team handled the appraisal adjustment and remote notary without any drama. Anne and Darcy were responsive and got me to closing on time. Would definitely recommend them.
