Danielle, Paige, Hilary and her team were incredible. I plan to keep in touch with all of them for one reason or another. Resell. Interest rates. Etc. If we ever chose to do so. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional and as I already stated, answered all our questions no matter how “dumb” they might’ve been. As first time home owners, a lot of anxiety came up when buying, but everyone made it such a breeze and their attitudes and understand helped get us over the anxiety hurdles.
As a first time home buyer Veterans United help me every step of the way. I appreciate everything they did for me and my family. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
Great over all experience. The only downside or negative thing I can think of would have been if Zack could have let someone else know he was going to be taking Paternity Leave, also congrats. But that would have been a good thing to know and the other persons contact Information.
As a first time buyer, I didn’t understand a lot of what was going on so the team was very helpful in explaining everything.
This is my second time working with Josh and it was honestly better than the last! He not only made but my a house seamless, but while selling a home at the same time he helped reduce my stress, answered all of my questions quickly, and adjusted and flexed to my difficult situation. 100/10 would recommend Josh to anyone!!
My Team consisted of Kody, MacKensie, Carly and Chaz. I had regular interaction with the first three, though little with Chaz; again owing ti the remote character of the property here involved.

Love the App. Appreciated all the points of contact but I did feel that occasionally no one talked to each other within the company so there was a ton of repeating information ect. But overall easy and happy with results.
Veterans United did an exceptional job! The only issues we ran into wasn’t on their end but the V.A.’s. I wish there was a way that Veterans United could make 3rd parties move faster.

I’m not super great with communication especially being in a time zone 4 hours different but Drennan and team made sure to leave voicemails and texts with important information/updates and attempt to be available more at my convenience than theirs
