We bought our house in out family trust. It seems nobody knew or agreed on what signatures were need and we had to sign everything twice. We ended up having to sign a whole paragraph for UV while the county only need our Name, Trustee. Very annoying and time consuming for everyone involved.

Josh was amazing and always had the answers and made it happen when I asked him but just a couple things, I felt like I had to repeat myself about closing dates and some questions a few time and the final closing costs I would have liked a little earlier since it would take three days to get a cashiers check from Usaa

Don’t think there enough to say. While still under a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, Tyler, Shelbi and the rest of the team went above and beyond to guide me and have the patience with the courts to still get me through to my initial closing date.
