Ben and Mason were great, I actually contacted Ben last year for the purchase of my farm and it fell through. The set back wasn’t on Ben or the lender it was just improvements to the home that couldn’t be made until I owned it to qualify for a VA loan. A year later we reached out to Ben the refinance our traditional mortgage into a VA loan and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He could have felt like his time was waisted after the first loan didn’t work out but instead he put all his efforts into making sure we were able to refinance into a VA loan.
This has been one of the best teams I've ever worked with. I do appreciate all the work and extra calls to make I'm happy or have any of my extra questions answered. Great team.
