The underwriters and the VA were a bitch to deal with on some things. But the front facing personnel you have made up for it and then some.

I highly recommend Veterans United. Having dealt with other mortgage lenders I can tell you they are the most knowledgeable when it comes to the VA Loan process. Even if you have undesirable credit; they have a team that coaches you on how to build it back up. You never have to worry about being embarrassed because there is no judgement. They really there to help. Although there is a lot of running around and document requirements in the beginning, I can assure you it is for a good reason. They are very thorough therefor making sure there are no surprises when it comes to closing.
Without Veteran united I don't think homeownership would have been an option for me. I will for ever be thankful.

I dreaded the thought of having to apply for a home loan believing it would be a long and stressful process but Veterans United made the process easy and seem less. I would recommend everyone to Veterans United. They are great source of resource and give you guidance throughout the whole process. They where always accessible via phone call, text, even email to answer any questions.

I honestly can’t say I would have ever had a better first purchase if I didn’t have Seth, Jim, and Noelle in my corner. Each one of them brought something different to the experience in how they communicated and answered my questions. Be it the weekly check-in’s with Seth about progress or any concerns I might be having, Noelle tracking down utility information for me, or Jim walking me through his part of the process and explaining the closing requirements and steps we would be taking. Every part of this purchase has been extremely smooth and they were on top of everything. I can’t recommend this team enough for all of the work they put into making a dream purchase happen for me. I will HAPPILY work with any of them on future purchases I would make and I look forward to the opportunity arising again.
