Up until the last few days, this felt like a completely by-the-numbers interaction. Response time was not ideal, and I never felt like the team was really working in my best interests other than to try to just push the deal through and finish the process. I'm sure they will have plenty of excuses and things they will point at to disagree with this, but the fact remains that nothing was ever done that wouldn't have been done by any other lender with a checklist of to-do's that would make me think that a score for exceptional service (something that would set them apart from any other lender) was in order. Everyone on my end felt like we were just a number to these people. In fact many on my side felt that a 5 might be too high... but if I'm being honest, they did their base job to get my loan through for the house... no more, no less, and that's a 5 (well, really a 5.5, but you don't give that option) in my book.
Overall they made it very painless, especially for my first time! Great team! Appreciate them a lot!
