Our loan team really went above and beyond what they had to do to make us comfortable and help us as first time home buyers know and understand the process and each step. I don’t know how many times I called one or multiple of our team to ask questions and they got right back to us and answered the biggest to most minor questions we had. Having to coordinate with multiple people can already feel overwhelming, and I understand how much harder that was with your closing delayed by more than a week.
