I have bought 5 houses and never had a problem. All were very smooth. This was the first time I tried veterans united and it was by far the worst experience ever. I have never had to jump through so many hoops and explain so many different scenarios just to pay someone 4 times the amount my house is worth.It was by far the most stressful, and frustrating experience. Also, I dont know what the point of using a realtor through you guys was. It did nothing for me at closing, or atleast nothing that anyone mentioned. No point or interest buy down. If it was added, it was not relayed to me.

The loan team made the buying process very easy. The software/app was very easy to use for uploading documents and keeping you organized on what you had to do to keep the process going. We were ready to close a week prior to our deadline. The concierge service with V.U. helped with finding an agent, setting up utilities, and moving services. This was my second time using Veterans United and I would use them again.

Suzanne was great to deal with. Very quick to respond and very knowledgable.
