It was my 1st time to buy a home and didn't know what all was involved. It was a taxing ordeal for me to follow, but I survived. The only thing is that you really should let the client initiate any calls to outside vendors as they are very pushy and don't like NO. I learned a lot and as this will be my only home purchase I can rest assured I won't have to go thru it again. VU helped quite a bit and for that you have my thanks. I'm telling other Vet buddies of mine about VU and Joe's team. Truly can't say enough! I'll say this, between my realtor and Joe's team, I felt at ease in letting them do their thing. That might not be a good thing, but I trusted them to do right by me.I will say the negative is the website's message about using cookies won't go away and blocks part of the page.
