
I can honestly say that I received several options with slightly lower rates but nothing compares to the total package that Veterans United offers. The customer service is top notch and unmatched.

Haven’t had the best experience with people outside the loan officer. This one lady I spoke to once I think she was in the service department she was pretty rude. Otherwise everyone’s good

As usual, my Veterans United team took great care of me and made the refinance process as painless and seamless as possible. Answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly.


Everything was super simple from document uploads, getting questions answered, signing documents, and even closing. Start to finish it took less than a month to close. Great service!

Dave's a great guy and they have a wonderful team. They made our VA IRRRL loan seemless and hassle free. They were quick and efficient. They also did our original VA loan. They always took care of us.

My file was passed around to many people and nobody fixed the issues after I presented them. I didnt feel appreciated after I closed.
