This is my first refinance and my second loan with Veterans United Home loans. Fantastic customer service and technology working together to create a process that is painless and efficient.
Over the course of the underwriting I switched between agents a few times. There was a lot of confusion about when the closing was going to happen and a lot of miss information and understanding. I would recommend that agents don’t say when the closing is going to be until they’re 100% sure to make this process not as frustrating. Other then that the process was good and the agents were very helpful.
The VU website was very useful with the “to-do” list, it helped keep me on track and organized!
