Anthony and Hannah went above and beyond during the home loan process, and we're always available to answer any questions. As first-time home buyers we were very lucky to have such a knowledgeable team. I was especially glad that they kept in contact with the closing attorney as well.
When you imagine buying a home you imagine a lengthy and stressful confusing process. Not with Veterans United! We closed in under two months and the team was so informative and responsive. We had zero hiccups in our process and are very happy in our new home. A dream come true experience overall.

If VU sends documents needed to sign via email, please send a text or call as i infrequently check email and when it came for final documents ended up delaying my closing due to a 3 day wait period
Also, whe you talk todufferent folks on the team and they say they will let you know about something, ask how theybwould like to be contacted. If i take time to call, i hate texts and email, then asknif i would like a call back instead of just an email which i have no idea it is waiting for me
