Couldn't give you a 10 because the web form for autopay was acting up. It blocked clicking on the checkbox acknowledging that the terms and conditions were read, even after scrolling to the bottom of the text window. Eventually I got it to work tough.A lot of users that are security minded block third party cookies, or links to external websites. Your dev team should test against such configurations, including small devices and different operating systems.

Veterans United was amazing. The personnel that they having working in their company are truly professionals. There was not one encounter that I received from anyone there that wasn’t pleasant. Everyone there pushed for me to get into the home that I really wanted, and did everything in their power to get me approved. They are rock stars. I honestly know for a fact that no other lender would have worked as hard as they did, as I went through multiple lenders before them that quickly turned me down instead of fighting for what I deserved. Also, let’s not forget the easy account access I had to keep track of my home buying process and how it immediately alerted you if anything was added for you to complete. VU really is an amazing company.
There’s a lot of talk on different social media platforms about peoples bad experiences with Veterans United. I am happy to say that I did not have a bad experience at all working with Danny and the team. They made buying a home while in a totally different state, the easiest process of my adulting life. And believe me when I say I never wanted to grow up, you can ask my grandmother, and I was really freaked out about everything that comes with buying a home but Veterans United really did make this the easiest and best experience I could’ve asked for. Like even the people that are just associated with them are really awesome. My Real Estate agent was amazing. She helped me find my dream home and heck even the security guy was pretty awesome. He answered all of my questions and I’m probably gonna work with them because of that. Danny’s team made sure that I got all of the benefits I qualified for and knew about all of the benefits that were available to me and I’m very grateful to him and the team for making sure that I was taken care of. So if you are a first time homebuyer like myself and doing something crazy like moving across the country and only using your benefits to support yourself definitely go with Veterans United. I don’t know if you can specifically request to work with Danny Freeman like I did but never hurts to ask.

I have to say the reason why I would not recommend Veterans United for veterans loans is early insurance requirements. The need of insurance to be in place for property that is still in the sell hands is rediculous. When people sign at different times they are required to have insurance once the first person signs closing documents. As far as I am aware your company is only one with this Irequirement. The cost to me why small for isurance for a couple of more days it was not necessary.
