I had such a wonderful experience at Veterans United! Prior to the purchase of my home, I had heard bad reviews and at first it deterred me. My husband said to me, " Their experience may not be your experience and you will never know if you don't try!" Well I did try and my experience was different from what I had read about. I had the best experience. Matt, Julia, Jacque, and Josh took great care of me! They never left me in the dark, they helped me through the entire process, and treated me like family. As a military service member, we sacrifice so much and Veterans United did everything they could to show their support and appreciation during my home buying process. This was our second home loan experience with Veterans United within a 10 year period. Never had any issues and we were always kept in the loop each and every step. The app is top notch and details every step that must be taken. The loan officer; concierge and the rest of the team are on top of everything and will guide you the entire way.
