Veterans United did a great job of helping us buy our first home! We knew nothing heading into the process, but Veterans United answered all of our questions, no matter how many we asked. Our loan officer, Jeremy Arnold, was on our side. He walked us through all of the potential scenarios we could come up with. Veterans United was upfront with all of the costs easing all of our worries. We were told immediately that we were approved and the team reached out to help us the same day. I felt heard. This was most important for myself. As a veteran sometimes we feel like a number and not a person when dealing with organizations. I've dealt with many lenders and agents only to be made felt like what I wanted wasn't priority. With Veterans United and the team they provided me, I didn't feel pushed into loan terms that I didn't understand. I didn't feel like I was choosing a home my agent wanted me to have and not what I was looking for. My team cared in every aspect of my homebuying process. Made it pretty seamless. We had some numbers transposed incorrectly but Mike sharpened his pencil and made me necessary corrections.
