Very prompt at responding, answering emails, and phone calls. They went above and beyond. They would call all the time just to check on us. Great experience for our first time buying a home.
My experience with Veteran's United was outstanding. My loan specialist was patient and proactive. She was 100% on my side from day one through closing. I will encourage my veteran child to use Veteran's United and hope that my loan specialist is available for her. I cannot see how the experience could have been better I rate it a 20 on a 1- 10 scale!
