This is my second time working with Veterans United and I will absolutely be using them again for a future home loan.
They are a great company! I read the reviews before I did business with them and I can now say that my experience with them was great they had great customer service everything was quick and to the point. I received my preapproval letter and the next day I was under contract on a new house!
The experience was fantastic. I just followed the to do list and everything fell into place.
I have used Veterans United for my initial home loan and my refinance. I was very happy with the initial loan but the refinance left a little to be desired. Everything closed successfully but make sure you understand every single factor in the refinance.
Excellent service, no way to make it any easier. This was a refinance and took about 5 minutes of my total time in paperwork leading to the close date.
I would recommend to anyone and will in the future no question about it!

Make sure you stay on top of your loan team, they may not always be trying to do what’s in your best interest, and delays on their end may end up costing you extra money to extend rates. Don’t let them try to talk you into financing extra money just because they can’t figure out how to remove excessive escrow amounts from the monthly payment or any other mistakes.
