Very poor communication, I should not have had to email asking a status about our refinancing. Should have kept us informed throughout the process. Then dealing with multiple different people throughout the process was annoying. Having to get multiple documents on many different occasions was very inconvenient. I wish there was a list upfront with everything that was needed. The last straw for me was having to take time off work and the notary person not even showing up for our appointment. I had to call the lady and I woke her up. She never received the loan paperwork and didn't have the decency to call us prior to the appointment. However the 2nd notary lady that actually completed our paperwork with us was excellent.
