Started well & ended terrible. Expected to walk out of the closing with a check for $17-18K but had to show up with a check for over $11K instead. Not sure what the issues were on your end & don't care to be real honest. I was told we were all good over a week in advance, then told oops -we screwed up please cover our mistake.

They worked with me for a very long time, because where I was looking, was limited to my son‘s school district. Something was always wrong with each place, and it got to the point where I thought I was being annoying to them. But they always greeted me pleasantly And seemed truly happy to help. Until finally, we found the right place. They stayed by my side the entire time and we’re quick to respond to any questions.
Ryan Bray was outstanding! He really knows the VA loan process inside and out, and he made everything smooth and stress-free. We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes.
