We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process. We always feel informed and like we’re part of the entire process during each step, whereas other lenders keep to themselves while working on things behind the scenes. Grateful for VU and will always recommend them for VA Loans.
We originally started with Veterans United prior to going to try with Lennars lender based on some more perks. In the end, we ended up going through Veterans United due to Lennar not being able to help us. They had told us no out of nowhere three weeks prior to closing after working with them for almost three months already. In the Veterans United got us closed in less than two weeks and we were able to move in on our original closing day! Thanks so much, it’s day 1 moving into our home and I would do the same process again, just to work with you guys again. Not to mention they were on top of everything to get us closed on time!
