I still am in awe of how smooth the process was through VA United. I couldn't have had a better team working with me! I really did not know what to expect and feel as I got blindsided with emotions. The reassurance and constant communication from the beginning eased most of that tension. Once the process started moving along I got more confident in my choice. I was a bit skeptical of some work history, health related related situations on my end that would have impacted negatively - which did not be the case in the end. The home buying process was incredibly smooth. VU takes the drivers seat and you pretty much just let them do their thing. They made an overwhelming process easy. They have a great staff who has excellent customer service and they work really hard to accommodate your housing needs.
