They were both so professional and gave easy instructions on all forms needed, by giving us a checklist. They were great at answering any questions that we had. The loan team dropped the ball more than once. Communication was poor, I had to constantly chase people down for information and to get them to follow through. Very disappointing our second go around was so bad as our first one was great.

It was good how things fell in place. But our advice to the team is this: The team members need to be a little more in sync with each other. In other words; If one team member is absent, and another team member takes over, they need to make sure that the other team member has everything that they need to continue on with the work. It was was very frustrating for Mrs. Lykes and myself in getting the certain to-do's together again after we had already taken care of it. But other than that, it was great. Every team member was great. And that's real talk. I will be recommending you guys.
