Overall working with Veterans United has been a rewarding experience for our family. The loan process was easy to follow, because we had a great team to work with us and to direct our path every step of the way. This is our second time successfully completing a home loan with Veterans United.
Improvements can be made. A large lender with shortcomings especially before closing. I think government shutdown issues could've been an obstacle. Please, communicate better or send a rep around when closing.

The only issue was communication. I was being contacted by multiple people, which is totally fine, but there were a few misunderstandings with callbacks.
Went quickly and smoothly even with a snag as far as who's VA loan to use
The VU team was incredibly helpful, making sure that I was aware of any unresolved issue. They were proactive and made sure that a few very difficult issues were resolved with minimum disruption.
Great team. Got to closing in record time. Their interactive emails let me know in real time the documents I needed for fast application approval and pre-closure. Brandon has a top-notch team!
