They were patient and kind. They explained things extremely well in a very simple way I recommend them to anybody and everyone. Overall working with Veterans United has been a rewarding experience for our family. The loan process was easy to follow, because we had a great team to work with us and to direct our path every step of the way. This is our second time successfully completing a home loan with Veterans United.
Improvements can be made. A large lender with shortcomings especially before closing. I think government shutdown issues could've been an obstacle. Please, communicate better or send a rep around when closing.
