The people are great (Brennan & Jennifer), but the process is overwhelming
Veterans United made it possible for my family to buy our first home.
Overall a very positive experience from beginning to end. The loan team was always on time and very helpful. The realtors did their job perfectly. For a first time home buyer, this was an incredibly smooth experience.
Our experience and transaction was thorough, professional and efficient. It was well organized and timely so we encountered no delays and closed on time. I would highly recommend this service.
All reps that i dealt with would respond quickly and were a great help when i needed answers to any questions.
everything went smooth & we closed early
Several documents were asked for repeatedly. Others were not explained properly. The lady we dealt with would ask that something be sent immediately then she would be out of the office the rest of the afternoon. Very picky and demanding. Did not trust anything we sent. Threatened more than once that if something wasn't completed that our closing would be delayed. Only notified of official closing date one day before and then still asking more documents be sent right down to the wire.I at 66 was a nervous wreck every time I saw a message from the E. O. Lady?
While we did hit a whole lot of snags and I got irritated often, the issue was never with Jon and his team. The VA typically was at fault.
Matt and Nathan really did great working with my wife and I. Thanks for the home....
Everything was handled very quickly and professionally. They made our loan process painless.
The whole Veterans United Home team was great throughout the whole process.
Bumpy start, some mislead information, figures that needed to be change/adjusted, but in the end we were able to close and to do it 100% on time.
