Process was made easy. If I had a questions it was answered promptly. If it was something they wasn’t sure about they would find out and respond immediately. United veteran’s Team Ken and Jenny were awesome to work with. Would definitely look forward to working with them again in the future if needed. I would highly recommend them.
Veterans United should focus on assisting there customers and not just pushing documents to finalize the closing of a home. Veterans United should do more of focusing on what in the best interest of the customer and not solely on the betterment of the company.

When communication breaks down or things feel rushed, it can absolutely come across as though the focus isn’t where it should be.
