Veterans United went above and beyond for our first ever home purchase. From start to finish we felt supported every step of the way. From raising our credit score, helping us through pre approval, keeping us updated on the status, and even getting us to an earlier closing day. I would highly recommend Veterans United to anyone looking to use a VA loan.

The team was amazing and very helpful throughout the entire process! This is my first home and I owe it all to Evan and his team for their amazing work! Thank you thank you! Anytime I had a question there was an answer provided to me. Anytime there was an obstacle in the process we tackled it together! I appreciate it very much and it still hasn’t set in that we accomplished one of my biggest goals! Thank you!

Third time home buyer and this was by far the most amazing team and effort I have ever seen. Not on speed bump or hurdle they didn’t smooth out for me. Veterans united truly worked for me! Couldn’t believe the time they took or how easy they made it.

I would like Thank everyone on my team especially Nissi Kunjummen !!!

To my whole team, thank you so much with our journey, all you guys are awesome!!!

My team at Veterans United are just flat out amazing people. I am forever grateful to each one of them. Hayden Salmons is a solid man that says he has your back during this process. He means what he says he has your back all the way. Nicole was so helpful getting the loan on track with to do lists. Nicole is so nice and knowledgeable she makes the process smooth sailing! Alexandra helps with all the details about home ownership and her knowledge is second to none. I forever owe my gratitude to Veterans United and the amazing team I was assigned too who put me into home ownership. Many thanks, I salute you all!

I would highly recommend doing business with Veterans United. It's clear they want the homeowner to succeed. They will expect a lot of information from you--provide that info and rest assured your loan team takes their responsibilities very seriously. My loan team, Brad Strubel and Kimmy Sanders were always there to explain every step and answered every question my wife and I had. We had many conversations during the process and all were positive, reassuring and professional. Also, the online interface was very intuitive. It was extremely easy to follow the process and meet all of my suspenses. Thank you for connecting with my Wife and I with our dreams!

This is our second time buying a home through the VA. I appreciate the quickness of the team and the readiness to help in any way possible. If we ever buy again we will continue to go through the VA

Experience first-hand why 336,865 homeowners give us a perfect score!
The entire team was easy to work with. The videos couples with VU team made a stressful process smooth. Communication was great and outreach to ensure we had everything we needed was excellent. I would work with you all again anytime.

great experience working with veterans united. not only were the people great but also, the app is so nice to visualize the entire process and keep me on task moving through the process.

Had a great experience.

Kyle and his team is whom I would recommend first for any veteran looking to purchase a home. I have used others to buy homes but nobody did a better job than Kyle and his team. What a great change from the factory style of mortgage lenders out there. I was lucky to have these folks supporting me. Thank you!

The whole team was amazing! They answered every question we threw at them and then some. They kept us up to date with everything we needed to accomplish and we were eve able to close early. After everything was done and over with, they even sent us a care package full of awesome gifts! Thank you all so much for your assistance and great service! You all did an awesome job!

Ok, here we go. This has nothing to do with my loan team. They were great. However, as a first time home buyer, the process was incredibly traumatic and the VA should be ashamed of themselves. Veterans should never have to go through what we went through to buy a home. No one has more evidence for processes like the VA and yet they still require things that don’t exist or three explanations for the same thing on three different documents in four different ways. It’s ludicrous. We had everything required and it was still a nightmare. We lost the first house we put an offer on but get this, it was easier to qualify for $350k with no down payment and $50k in debt and no money saved than it was to get a home for $180k, no debt and money for down payment, etc. What? That makes sense. I understand now why sellers don’t want to deal with VA loans, because they are awful. Its unacceptable for options to be cut in half for veteran buyers simply due to the VA’s inability to make their processes easy and make sense. What a joke.
