


I am very disappointed with Veterans United and in particular, Ian Reed. The closing was supposed to be May 23rd. The paperwork was completed until the 22nd which meant we had to wait 3 business days. The closing was completed on the 27th. I sent Ian numerous emails and phone calls to make sure everything would be done by the 23rd. Ian ignored my emails and calls and didn't change the items that he was supposed to (the origination fee and the interest rate) until the 22nd. Ian has very unprofessional attitude and didn't take responsibility or apologize for ignoring my calls or not having the paperwork done in a timely manner. I would not recommend Ian Reed or Veterans United to anyone. Although, Veterans United is not affiliated with the Veterans Administration, they should treat Veterans with more dignity and respect.

A genuine company with a personal approach… VU really cares about the Veterans they help navigate through the home buying process. They have streamlined the process into a painless journey. We have two dogs and they thoughtfully sent us a treat box for them after we closed and moved in. That’s above and beyond!







The only reason i did not give it a 10 was because it was difficult to reach certain members of the team, poor communication. Other than that everything was great
