




Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! Overall my experience with Veterans united was excellent. The only reason im giving a 9 Overall is because I felt sometimes there was a delay in information. Not in all cases, but a few times when I asked a question or for information it took up to two days for a response. Not that two days is a long time. But can be stressful while trying to get finances and information figured out. Especially in a time sensitive situation.

Just send all the things I need to do up front. Stop adding things especially the day of closing. Made this home buying experience very stressful.

Veterans United was the perfect fit for us! They have a top-notch team that helped us along every step of the home buying process. Ryan, the loan officer was absolutely awesome. He answered all of the questions we had and never left us in the dark. He was always friendly and courteous and took the time to keep us posted on the process. The underwriters (who we never directly talked to) were fast and very efficient. I can't really believe how fast everything really went. Tammy our real estate agent, went above and beyond for us. It took us months to find the perfect house, and she stood by us the entire time. She was always a call or text away. She listened to all our wants and needs and never pushed us in any direction we didn't want to go. First American Title company was fully prepared the day of closing and the staff there was also very friendly and courteous. Overall this experience was flawless. We give them two thumbs up, an A++++ rating, and we would highly recommend Veterans United for all your one-stop shop home buying needs!


Information sent by us needed to be reviewed right off and not weeks later when there is missing information or information not to their liking causing us to scramble last minute for additional information.
Loan was supposed to close on Friday the 25th and didn’t close until Monday the 28th loosing 2-1/2 days of moving and rescheduling furniture and appliance deliveries to be postponed.
Plus on Monday we were only given a one hour notice to close causing us to rush to the bank for the closing check and the 45 minute drive to the title company.

When documents are reviewed late or information is flagged at the last minute, it puts a ton of pressure on you as the buyer, and that’s not how this process should go. You were doing your part, and it’s frustrating to feel like your timeline was derailed anyway.
I can’t imagine how difficult it was to rearrange your whole weekend—rescheduling deliveries, moving plans, and then being told on Monday that you had just one hour to get to the closing table. That kind of last-minute scramble takes the excitement out of what should’ve been a huge moment.
