Honestly, very comparable interest rates but what differs them from other lenders is the concierge services they provide such as shopping for homeowners insurance, shopping for home movers, security system and setup plus discounts on other products. Very happy with how everything went with closing. They are super easy to work with.
The people were very helpful. I had issues with the website failing to load, fairly consistently.
