This loan comes a critical time in the economy for my family and our financial situation. Even when a creditor threw a massive curveball into the mix that threatened to delay the process, Holly and her team along with my wife and I put our heads together to come up with a solution and cleared the major hurdle with only a 10 day delay in closing. We finally closed and our loan was funded before the end of the month!! I believe their dedication and tenacity were the key factors to helping my family improve our financial situation. My loan officer (Stephen Erickson) and real estate agent ( Yvonne turner ) were more than great. I could contact them at anytime for any questions or help I needed. Everything in my first time home buying process was easy and seamless thanks to them. The online signing made everything easier and anything that needed wet signed was overnighted to me so I could sign ASAP. Thanks for everything again!
