To start off, Id give this company a 10+. Ive used Veterans United 3 times now and have never had any issues other than a few minor ones that just come with buying a house. Marlon did a great job making sure things moved along as needed and was ready for funding once closing was done. I would use them again, but sadly this is the last house I will be buying. The team I had to help make things possible did an excellent job keeping me up to date on what was needed and where my file was in the process. I want to thank the whole team for a A+ job they did for me and my wife. Again, Thank all of yall..
The only issues we gad were because of the title company Prosperity and their poor lack of communication. Veterans Unity should think twice before using them as they made them look bad. Because I've worked with Veterans United in the past I knew the issues I had were not from them.

Overall very good experience. Didn’t appreciate being told we were cleared to close on two separate occasions and then being told we needed to provide additional info and connect an additional account.
Veterans United was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, helping from beginning to end they were right there! First home I bought and I absolutely love it! The process was seem less with veterans United assisting me in the process! Thank you Veterans United!
I absolutely enjoyed working with Miguel and Alyssa. There were consistently available, and made a great effort to clarify, and to help us understand what was upcoming, and what was still needed. And furthermore, they never pressured us into anything. They were always honest, and I felt as if they had our best interest at heart always. That means everything in a transaction is complex and costly as a home purchase is.This process is always a difficult one, and I’m very grateful that they were there to help us. Highly recommend them!
Every aspect of our House hunting , approval , loan signing was Excellent . Kapil and His Team were exceptional . Everything went smoothly and any questions were answered and addressed promptly . I would hope if We ever purchase a Home again that we could have Kapil & Team as our Loan Officer .
