I emailed on a Sunday afternoon (4/27/2025), when I actually had time to sit down and handle a little business. Within minutes I received correspondence from Alberto asking me to send him an email about my needs on the refinance request. He noted he would call the next morning, and he did exactly that. I never expected such a prompt response. I then received a link via text to enroll on the app w/ VU. This was on Monday, 4/28/25. By Friday 05/2/2025 I had an appraisal and termite inspection completed (same week). Within the next week I was cleared to close. We officially closed on Friday 5/16/2025. You can do the math, that is fast. Alberto and his team are amazing. They have my business and my family's business for all our financial needs.
