Seth and Nico were phenomenal. Seth was particularly impressive in his responsiveness — always quick to answer my questions and ensure communication was seamless. This is especially noteworthy given that they're based in Missouri while I'm in California. Despite the time difference, he always made time for me; I even think at one time he took my call in the middle of his kid's soccer game. What I appreciated most was that they stayed on top of everything and clearly worked hard to push my case forward, regardless of whatever Sir Murphy threw their way.

I was told that I would get $1,400 back from refinancing only got back $400 so I was misled and unhappy with my agent

I’m really sorry to hear this experience left you feeling frustrated and unhappy. I can understand how disappointing it would be if the amount you expected back from your refinance didn’t match what you ultimately received.
Oftentimes with a refinance, borrowers may receive a separate escrow refund from their previous mortgage servicer in addition to the funds associated with the new loan. Even so, I understand how important it is for expectations and details to be communicated clearly throughout the process, and I’m sorry this experience left you feeling misled.
