If I could give Joe Schumacher a 10+ or 11, I would. He not only met my expectations but exceeded it. Our closure deadline was for the 15th and he nailed it on the 13th! It was an outstanding and exceptional job by Joe and his competent professional and tenacious team who always stuck with me, communicated regularly and just beat their competition. It needs not be said that their competition is also a national player yet the Veterans United Team led by Joe and his dynamic can-do team beat them to the finish line and then some. Veterans United earned my respect to be number ONE.
We can't say enough good things about Veterans United! They were fantastic all through the pre-approval to the closing process. And their reps were easy to get in touch with and explained everything to us in an easy-to-understand way. Great team, it went well! The only thing that I would mention is to get a list of "to do's" up front. Things like well inspection, pest inspection and a complete list up front. It seemed like a few things popped up at the end that held the whole process up.However he process was pretty harmless. Thank you very much!
