Brooke Roberts(Senior Credit Consultant) started us with this proccess in January ensuring we knew what goals we needed to achieve in order to secure a credit score to get us qualified. Emmett Rogers(Senior Loan Officer) answered every single question, believe me there were alot, and answered the phone every single time I called to ask questions and to let me know where we stood with the proccess. Selina Culp( Senior Loan Coordinator) guided us through the underwriting and getting everything squared away to ensure the loan went through. Nathan Jett with Veterans United Insurance went through mutlitiple companies to ensure us the best rate droppedthe price of our insurance by almost $100 a month. Overall the Veterans United Team went ABOVE and BEYOND. They are phenomenal in every aspect and my family could not be more thankful we had them by our side during this proccess.
