There are people working for Veterans United who have no idea what serving means. I am not sure what the actual benefits are. I was talked down to when I questioned part of the programming. There are better benefits out there after I had the chance to research. There were some amazing advocates but there was a struggle with a giant part of it.

My experience couldn't of been nicer, easier or better. Tyler & Micheal were very good at helping me through all the procedures & paperwork signing (with DocuSign). They went over everything with me every step of the way; I could call, text or email them anytime to ask a question if I had one. They kept me continuously informed of the progress, and always asked me if I had any questions or concerns along the way. Couldn't of went smoother

Veterans United is a very comprehensive mortgage loan company offering a wide variety of customer services allowing the user to feel confident that they would be choosing the right company to process their loan. Their website gives you enough loan information to urge a phone call and start your loan process.

I would recommend you explain the all the numbers. But this is a great process and they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the resources that they provided. It was a very nice process.

Communication was terrible with our loan officer. It would day several days to get a response, whether it was text, email or phone call. Our realtor and title agent also had trouble getting ahold of our loan officer. Once we got Jared to help with the loan, it was better.

I had the most amazing experience working with veterans United from the very beginning from my realtor Ben to my loan officer Karen and everyone else that worked on my closing they were easy to work with and work quickly on my loan I would recommend them to anybody and if you're a veteran who is getting ready to buy a home I highly recommend that you start here.
