Seamless experience working with Ken Carson, our loan officer. He and his team did an excellent job helping everything to run smoothly and stress free as well as helping us understand the full process as first time buyers.
Everything went great until the end and had a little hiccup but was settled very fast. Also yall should do Hats besides shirts. Who wants a T-shirt over a nice hat.
Cole and Tim were on top of everything and made buying a home less stressful. Even my Realtor commented on how on top of everything Cole was. They were there for answers and to ask questions that needed to be asked. I am very much happy with the service I received form them. I would look to and recommend Verterans United again if in the future we are buying again.
