I didnt have the greatest credit after waiting for VA claims for 13 yrs, but we started working on it in September of 2022 and by December of 2022 we were ready to purchase. We found and closed on perfect house in March of 2023
If this company truly wanted to help veterans- they wouldn’t gouge them for over 6k for securing the loan and fees- over time w interest- they are taking advantage of veterans- profit is king under the guise of helping veterans. Wish I would’ve known- I would have gone for a conventional loan and paid the pmi- refinance after a bit and save a lot of money over the course of the loan.

I first contacted VU in 2021, because we were fed up with the management of our apartment complex. Due to unforeseen circumstances we started the process, but never finished. We tried again, unforeseen circumstances kept us from going forward. Jake and Connie both kept in touch to let us know they were ready when we were. Finally this year we were able to get to the finish line. The team we had worked hard and quickly to make our dreams come true! VU is the best!

Moving with the military can be tough. Having a company like this buy your side in the buying process, takes 1 big thing off your plate. I was able to focus more on my family and the move itself and Veterans United took care of the rest. Heck, they even helped iron out some of the details with the move. They truly have no limits.
