The staff and associates were very helpful and cooperative, however; the simple truth is the interest rates were not just high, they were ridiculously high and that ruins everything. I must refinance or I will never pay the loan off! The closing costs were too high for a VA loan, and the numerous inspection fees and associated costs added nothing to the capital, or the loan in general. That is mostly the fault of the state of Ohio and the VA loan associated and makes everything difficult. If I didn't need the home, I would have cancelled the loan completely.
