Josh, Christy and Dez have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Polite, professional, friendly, prompt and available. Additionally they have answered questions for things I would consider "not their problem" which to me is really going above and beyond. During the start of the process Josh did not make me feel rushed or pressured, which I greatly appreciate as that is something that would have made me look elsewhere. It was refreshing to work with Veterans United for this home purchase. As a veteran, it is important to me that everyone is committed to doing the best they can at what ever they are doing. Jennifer and Jacob did just that. The Appraiser they had to use in their network fell short of this expectation but Jennifer and Jacob made up the shortcoming of this Appraiser and finished with fireworks. I would use Veterans United again if the need rises.
Veteran's United was great! Justin and Shane helped us build up our packet and set our expectations early. It got a bit rough towards the end as we waited for everything to fall into place and were unsure about the next steps and timeline, but they ultimately came through and clarified everything. They also stayed connected with us and continued to answer our questions quickly, even after the process was completed!
Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. They answered all questions I had in a timely manner and helped me find an amazing first house!
