Hello, Veterans United processing of my VA Loan was smooth, Little stress. They arranged for a great realtor for me. They made me aware of the benefits I could use to obtain a home. These particular benefits, I had know idea they even existed. When they worked on my loan they had a whole team of people working my loan. And they did a fantastic job of explaining things. They all are very professional and polite. They gave correct information When I asked questions and were Johnny on the spot giving me a answer. They always returned calls, emails and text the same day or the vary next day. Most of the time they simply answer the phone or respond to text & email immediately and to me that is part of the great customer service they provided. I can honestly say if you need a VA loan I highly recommend Veterans United.
