I have previously bought a house through another company and I can tell you the difference is night and day. Veterans United was much much easier and the phone app having the ability to upload documents made the whole process super smooth. The team I was working with (Ben, Caleb, and carol as my agent) were top notch. I knew what was going on 5 minutes after anything had changed. They answered every phone call immediately ready to help and the couple times it went to voicemail they were on the line with another customer but called back immediately after.
