I want to personally thank Dustin Johnson for everything he did during my home buying process. Rotation was quick to respond to any questions I had. He was patient while walking me through every step of the process to ensure I not only understood what needed to be done, but also explained the importance and reasoning behind every step. If it wasn’t for Dustin, I would have been completely lost during my home buying process. Dustin was able to take so much weight and stress off of my shoulders. If it wasn’t for him working tirelessly, my family and I wouldn’t have been able to have a home to move into after starting the process and closing on a home 3 weeks later.

It was great having a team that understands the VA loan process and worked to maximize every benefit for me. Everyone from my realtor to the loan officer and underwriting team were professional, courteous and informative as we moved through the stages of home buying.

Rich has made both home loan/refinance processes an absolute breeze. He and his team are my go to. I had multiple agencies reach out trying to get me to refinance through them, but I went with VU strictly for how smooth Rich made the initial process when I bought my home.

I had to haggle for a better rate. For some reason they needed other offers before they could give us something remotely decent on an interest rate. Will not use veterans united again because of that.

Made the whole process so easy.

Daren and Kara were great! There were never any questions left unanswered. Even when underwriting wasn’t going as planned, Darren had a certain calm in the chaos and helped me get thru it. If I ever decide to buy again, it will definitely be with Vet United!
