Veterans united reassured me until we closed on our new house that we would get it. Here I am today raising my family in a bigger house that I can afford and my family and I are extremely happy!

I was very satisfied working with the loan team and real estate agent, however, upon closing my loan was sold of to Planet Home Lending, which as already been an awful lending company to work with. Planet homes customer support (Was not helpful at all in answering questions) and overall service (not taking out payments when they need to) is awful. I still recommend Veterans United as they made the homebuying process simple, it's just a shame that my loan was sold off to such an awful company, if that wasn't the case my rating would be much higher.

John, Jeremy and Emily were all amazing in their respective roles, they were so on point, never missed a call or an email and they absolutely did their best for me and my family I couldn't be more happy with Veterans United I love our new house! And I wouldn't have it without their help!

This was my third home buying experience with Veterans United, and they have made each process smooth and effortless on my part! If I decide to purchase another home, I will use them again!


Overall good i would recommend a smaller team so the veteran isn't overwhelmed
