I would like to thank Veterans United for the Outstanding team that was led by Hayley Glennon. The personal touch that was applied by every member of the team was very Professional, Knowledgeable, Reassuring and Personable. I for one do not believe in chance meeting of anyone, I truly believe in Divine Intervention ( the meeting of people by God's design ) to learn and be helped in the completion of a journey that my Lord and Savior Jesus put me on and that team led by Hayley was inspired to get me across that finish line of purchasing my first home. There were times that I voiced my concerns about getting there but my team was Inspiring with their words of Comfort and Dedication that they would get me there, that Determination by them increased my Hope and as we all know, Hope Springs Eternal. I moved into my home on 10/11/25 with a sigh of Relief and Completion within my Heart that God Inspired my team to get Done. Veterans United has some of the best if not The Best people you can Trust and Work with in purchasing Your home. Even those of us who Lead needs Leaders and Veterans United is a prime example of Leaders. So with all my Heart, Mind, Body, Soul and Spirit. I thank God for leading me to contact Veterans United and Blessing me with the team that He had in place to work towards a Blessing He had planned for me. The only issue I have is updates on increase of payment. We went from getting 1k back to paying 3k at close. I get it is going to change. A call or text would be great. Other than that. Todd doesn’t play. He will get you in a home. We started aug 24th looking at a home we wanted. He got us in there by September 25th. Thank you Todd and your whole team.
Mike, Shane and Neisha were very professional, resilient, proactive and reliable. I would gladly recommend their services to my fellow Marines and Shipmates in the future. Thank you again for your support. I want to give the Veterans United team a show out for all of the heavy lifting and resilience they exhibited getting me and my family into our new home. I was so pleasantly surprised in how quickly they answer questions and helpful every single team member that was assigned to me in this adventure we call homeownership were to me. The clarity from Veterans United in any question I asked left me confident in what I was getting into and truly helped eliminate the fears of buying a home. Then out of nowhere we get a personalized handwritten card (not some premade and stamped) from my team manager Kelly (she is great!) along with a lovely picture of a map in a frame of our new address. It has been and always be the little things that keep people coming back to businesses like this one. I for one am very pleased and highly recommend to any veteran the level of care and professionalism Veterans United gives to its clients.

Super helpful throughout the whole process, answered any and all questions, always reached out to see if I was still excited, noticed me of any upcoming dates or paperwork needed! At the end they even sent me alittle gift basket for my new home!
We had an awesome experience buying our first home with Veterans United.
Ian Reed was great to work with he did everything he could in his power to get me into my new house and I certainly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. Tanner Smith it took a little while to get in contact with him but, afterwards he took very good care of me and I appreciate everything that he did as well. Just like I told both of them communication is everything when it comes to dealing with big issues like buying a house and I'm very huge on communication. But overall my team did a fantastic job and I would not be in my beautiful house without them and their hard work. Plus, my four legged kids enjoyed their treat basket that was sent I thought that was lovely thank you guys so much and I surely will tell everyone that comes across that is associated with the veterans that you all made it a success.
