Customer service, reachability of service reps was top notch. However, I did request more clarity on explaining some of the disclosure forms. For a first time buyer, many of these are not intuitive and I found myself in situations where I was catching things that looked like mistakes (and sometimes were) on these forms. I expect VU to be the experts so I was not pleased to have to catch minor discrepencies within some of the forms.
It was a long process, but our representatives were with us every step of the way!
