Our loan team really went above and beyond what they had to do to make us comfortable and help us as first time home buyers know and understand the process and each step. I don’t know how many times I called one or multiple of our team to ask questions and they got right back to us and answered the biggest to most minor questions we had. They treated us with respect and kindness every single time we interacted.

Easy peasy.

Too many people to deal with, closing slipped by a week and a half causing me to stay in a hotel for over a week with a handicap son
Response from Veterans United
Hey Maurice,
I’m so sorry to hear about your experience. Having to coordinate with multiple people can already feel overwhelming, and I understand how much harder that was with your closing delayed by more than a week. I can only imagine how stressful it must have been to stay in a hotel that long, especially while caring for your son. That’s not the experience we want for our borrowers.
I’d like for my team to have the opportunity to review your file to better understand what caused the delay and see if there’s anything we can learn from it. Please reach out to me at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We’re in the office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Everyone involved with this process were friendly, helpful and extremely professional.

Awesome at communication. Very quick and responsive. Always on top of it

Bryant, Page & Jared were great to work with. They were very clear with everything and helped a great deal in the whole process. They even found some fish hatcheries close enough to stock my new pond!

Straight forward review of a 64yr old individual that has never left a review, but from a marines point of view this entire team is rock solid, cares about buyers from start to finish. It's been 39yrs since we bought a house and alot has changed but everyone on veterans team had their act together. They made this process extremely easy and we were in our new house within 6wks. Need to buy a house, PLEASE look into veterans united. Be 100% honest with them and it's a very easy process. Thank you to the entire veterans team. Oorah

Their support was on point. They were available always and took off everything.

I'm very, very impressed. Made home buying very simple.

Since I used Veterans United I have now told every vet I know to not use this conglomerate organization, that really does not care about vets. I had a loan officer lie to me through the process and requested a new one. I made a complaint but yet the complaint department told me I did not know what I was talking about as well.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Zachary,
Reading this honestly hurts. I’m really sorry that this was your experience—especially with a team that’s supposed to be here to serve Veterans, not leave them feeling dismissed or misled. You should have been met with honesty, respect, and support at every step of the process, and I hate that you felt like you got the opposite.
It’s incredibly troubling to hear that you weren’t heard when you raised a complaint, and I want to make sure that doesn’t go overlooked. If you’re open to it, I’d really appreciate the chance to understand more and take a closer look. Our Client Advocate team can be reached at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We're in the office Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.
Thank you for speaking up—we take this seriously.
Kayla and her team were right on the ball. Very helpful, fast and the best in the business. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
