Our loan reps were amazing! They took care of us every step of the way! They even remembered our anniversary which was so unexpected and so appreciated!
There was some lapse of communication which ultimately put more stress on me than I think was required. Hayley was very informative on the requirements need to complete majority of the process and would seek her again for help. The overall struggle was near the end of the process where I was not being assisted on from the rest of her team. There were moments I could not get a hold of them and left voices mails with not returned call. Again I would like to reiterate that Hayley was professional and above approach with all my concerns. Would ask for Hayley assistance in the future.
