I just want to say I found Veterans United over 15 years ago, but back then I was far from ready to become a home owner. Veterans United with their Light House program and some time I eventually was ready to purchase my first home. Veterans United, along with Sam Brown and his team changed my life. Anna is amazing. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, and if I was to stump her on anything, she made sure to seek out the correct information. She kept me well informed pf everything that was happening, including what steps I needed to take to complete the refinace. She contacted me the day the rates dropped and was able to lock me in on a considerably lower rate. The new rate has given our family some breathing room in this tough economy. I could not be more pleased with the entire process.

The underwriting process was absolutely unacceptable- but for Mystle and Casey working as hard as they did I would never have recommended veterans United because of how awful the underwriting process has been. However, it was very clear that Casey was working very hard to get our loan through the hoops and Mystle was very responsive to our inquiries and complaints.

Veterans United made the process extremely easy and convenient to complete with everything going on, especially with challenges related to COVID. Even without COVID I doubt this experience could have gone smoother!
It was easy to get in touch with my Loan Specialist Jimmy S., he was able to answer all the questions I had to my satisfaction!
