I've worked with VU through several purchases and refi's. They helped me in a unique situation (married into a home tied up in a divorce decree and had a timeline to get the property financed out of the other party's name through quick claim deed. No other company was interested in helping me figure it out, it was never a challenge for VU.

this guy went above and beyond the duty VU has put on him. I have to say, if it wasn't for Brice's continual work ethic, I would not have been able to do this loan with VU. He was always encouraging. I'm not computer literate and he did the search for the well test, had to work with my secretary (were in the country) she is just as bad as I am in computers...He kept up on her and finally broke thru with the loan. Never was a minute gone by when I could not get hold of him with my stupid questions and he respectfully answered in the kindest ways. Truly, without Brice this loan would not have been completed in my opinion. You definitely have a valuable, pleasant speaking, diligent loan officer in Brice. I actually will miss talking to him. My loan took about a week and everhing was taking care of by my loan officers. All we had to do is provide the documents they need and sign and they do the rest
