Ty has now been my loan officer for two home purchases, and both experiences have been smooth, consistent, and professional from start to finish. He is transparent, responsive, and does a great job keeping me informed throughout each step of the lending process.What I appreciate most is that Ty takes the time to explain things clearly, answer questions, and make sure I understand the numbers and the timing involved. He is also proactive and does everything he can to stay competitive with other lenders, which made me feel like he was genuinely working in my best interest.Buying a home can be stressful, especially when there are moving parts close to closing, but Ty helped keep the process organized and steady. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy loan officer.
I would say that I would probably recommend Veterans United as a whole but not specifically the loan officers that were over my loan. It was by far the worst experience I've ever had on a professional level.
