Every part of this process was fantastic. The sellers even remarked that this was, by far, the easiest real estate transaction they have ever been involved in! From the Credit Counselors (Big thank you to Aron Cowsert!), to the Loan Officers, everyone was friendly, helpful, professional, and outstanding!

Our original experience with VU was exceptional. We felt the refinance started out the same way, but kind of fell off. We were originally told our loan would close in 10 days, we finally closed with only days to spare.
Communication during the refinance was not as dynamic as before. We just felt "forgtte" once the process began, maybe we just fell through the cracks.

Jon Ouk was extremely matter of fact, which is how I like it. He explained to me exactly what I could afford and what I needed to know to get the house I wanted. He helped me through the entire process, no bull, just straight facts, and the entire thing was done with precision. Jon is the money, and Bryan was everything else. Bryan Kay was the exceptional at answering questions and helping me through the other part of the process. Anytime I had to sign something or if something came up that I didn’t understand, Bryan answered my questions without fail! With these two as a team, I knew that I was in great hands!
